ROCK AUTO!!!!

I bought all moog suspension from rockauto and the upper control arms k80826. One of the ball joints had a hole in it and I didn't realize until after it was installed.

So I immediately called them and told them my situation. I just wanted them to send me a new one for the replacement. They want me to send the one with the hole in it back before they send me the new one. OR they want me to pay for a new one and then they would refund me the price of the new one after they received the f'd one.

So I would have to remove the f'd one, put the original f'd one back on and wait for the new one to come in. F'in retarded. I asked for a refund so I could just go buy it at orielly's, but then they said I'd have to pay for shipping, WTF?!

They should set up a policy that if they don't get the returned product in a week then they charge your card instead of causing this. It was a simple fix to make me happy with their defective product, send out the new one tomorrow.

F'in pissed. I'm not ordering anything from there ever again.

They used to be a sponsor on a LSx site I moderate on. Seemed like the company was really unorganized and not very customer friendly at all.

It sucks u had a bad product but that's how business works. They can't send u a new product without getting there original back first. I have not seen a business that will do that. Too easy to get burned

But they could at the very least offer to pay for return shipping for the defective item. Summit did that to me one time, sent me the wrong brake pads and the chick on the phone was completely dumbfounded, and told me if I wanted a refund I had to pay for return shipping. Same reason why i'll never order from summit again.

yep, squirting right out of the side of the rubber.

Supposedly the replacement part is on it's way, but they can't provide me with a tracking number for some reason. I'll never buy from them again.
