If you're close to here, physical graffiti south does a really good job, but is a little pricey. Inkworks in Fountain Inn does good work and are slightly cheaper.

I'm getting my first tattoo done this Friday in Spartanburg at a place called Darkside....guy by the name of "Catfish"

Full rib piece, a lot of lettering and shading, I'm gonna cry like a bitch.

His name is Debo and he's by far the best I've seen around here.
Just my .02.

Art, in the Charleston area I would either go to Hollys Body Canvas or Blue Gorilla. Tara had a bad experience at House of Ink, but my brothers stuff came out pretty good.

Ive had most of my stuff done at hollys. Margo at Blue Gorilla is a friend of Taras and is highly recommended by many people. But she stays very busy.

This is what I had done that I posted about above. I'm pleased with it, except the bottom part where the ink kinda scattered all around for soem reason.
