'Sup y'all, I just picked up a 6 speed 2000 Camaro SS not too long ago. This site was recommended to me from lsxnation so I figured I'd check it out.
Who all is in the Charleston area? I'm on the Navy base over here in Goose Creek.
Anyway, my transmission is started to whine pretty bad in 3rd gear and up. So I'm pretty sure it's about to take a shit on itself. Is there anywhere y'all would recommend for a tranny rebuild, or mild performance build. I don't want to have to worry about it again for a while.

Here's the car:

Thanks for the welcome y'all!
I need mine at least rebuilt, price will determine how far I go into beefing it up. I don't have the time to pull it myself either, being on base going to school.

Welcome! MonteC (Rob) also rebuilt my 4l60e with a performance build. I would highly recommend him.

I'm pretty sure he worked on Art's face plated t-56. You might be better off PMing him on Carolinahorsepower.com since he is a mod or something gay like that.
