very easy to do and it came out great. The longest part of it was the prep and waiting 10-15 mins between coats. Anyone with a Trans Am thinking of doing this i encourage you to do it.

Looks really nice. I really like that color.

Give me a shout when your ready for a tune or in need of some parts. Check with us before you head to Summit or Jegs. We can usually meet or beat those prices.

Thanks! I would like a tune. I don't have any mods on the car yet and most likely wont for a while but i would like to delete the EGR and turn the fans on sooner. If there were any other tunable aspects of my car (LT1 related) id like to get that done (conservative yet effective). Let me know what you can do, Thanks

first "mod" i did to my trans am was also the ceta mod. fwiw i think theres too much black going on now...but each to his own. Forget to do the third brake light?? i did the same exact thing. Took it to the local body shop and had them smoke it also. Looks to be a clean car and a great color. Awaiting more pics!! appl

I waiting for the "LT1" third brake light decal to come in the mail. I also have black decals to fill in the "PONTIAC" on the rear but im debating putting them on because like you said there is alot of black going on. I like what is there now but i may be going over board if i add any more.

Thanks on the comments, im really doing my best to keep it clean. More pics to come.

I don't think it's too much black at all. In fact I think it would look awesome with all of that and the wheels blacked out. Just my .02

Don't do the letters. I think it would look tacky. My opinion of course.

since i already ordered the decals ill just put them on to see how i like them. I felt indifferent buying them but then again there just decals and i can remove them if i don't like them. Id really like to get a LT1 style WS6 hood. Im not a fan of the standard firebird hood so hopefully soon i can find a deal on a hood.

we had a 93 LT1 Z.

we put on a K&N and a SLP Y-pipe

that's just a new Y, but the legs are different lengths, think of a tuned header.

then you buy a ~2foot section of 3 inch, and a ball socket, and make an off-road pipe to go with it.

with just that, our LT1 ran AWESOME
gotta love that LT1 torque!

heres a pic of my old ta, with just the ceta mod and the black Pontiac lettering. Also had the black overlays on the door emblems.

That looks really sharp, i really like the look of those honeycomb taillights. The reason i have my black outs is because i can't stand the look of the LT1 style taillights, ill get rid of them as soon as i can get a hold of the honeycomb ones.
