car went 7.70's bouncing off the rev limiter at 5400-5500 rpms with a 1.90 60ft and traction control wouldnt turn off in the car car falls on it face off the line too

Why was it all over the limiter at 5000rpm? Did you have that issue with the six speed or is it a tuning problem?

So your first time at the track was the first time you revved your car over 5500? The stock rev limit is about 6200 BTW.

It was a 6sp nows its an auto and nothing has been changed in the tune so it throwing codes and had check engine light on. Guessing that has something to do with the weird limiter.

So the car has all these idiot lights on, traction control wouldn't disengage, and the rev limiter is set at somewhere around 5500?
