Can these be tapped to install the steam pipe return? All I would need is a 1/8" NPT threaded hole for a 1/8"NPT-barb fitting.

yes, and I might offer that as an extra option. OR I could have them all done and offer the nipple and a cap to cover everyone's needs.

Thoughts?

ALSO, I assumed everyone knows that you still need a car WP or L92 WP, the truck's outlet is on top and will interfere with throttle linkage and ETC style TBs.

You can just supply them with the 1/8 NPT tap and a brass pipe plug for those that do not need the return line. As you can probably tell i need it tapped. I can supply my own barb to NPT fitting.

What material are these made from?

Aluminum. And after thinking about my set up I am going to tap mine and I can tap u a set. Will try to do that this week.
