if you have a tire vibration, i would say you need to get it balanced, bent rim, or you have a defective tire. these look like a band aid, but might be useful on some of the monster 40"+ tires?

wouldn't those things be noisy as hell rolling around in the tire at low speeds?

yeah, pretty noisy until the "tire" gets up to speed, probably not something you'd want to hear on a daily basis...

I have used them on several trucks with 35's and bigger tires and on my dually with 19'5. You can't hear them and they do make a difference especially on the big mud tires. They helped on my dually tires until I went to a 18 wheeler tire shop here and they took out the beads and balanced my tires on there machines and WOW what difference it made. My truck rides better than a 2011. I still use them on big mud tires and even in my trailer tires since they do help in those BUT you cant beat a good balance machine.

I found out how true this is yesterday. My '94 vibrated so bad that I didnt want to drive over 70 mph. Wheels had been balanced by 2 different shops for no real difference. Went to Brett (Green97SS) and he put them on his Roadforce balancer....thing is smooth like glass now. I was and still am totally amazed.
